Updates...

Since I have not posted in awhile here are some updates on what is going on this month in the Murphree household: 1. Last weekend officially began the Christmas holiday season for us. Saturday night we had 2 Christmas parties (one for Kyle's work and one for Kyle's high school friends). Then Sunday we did Kyle's mother's side of the family Christmas. 2. I bought a couch, chair, an ottoman and blinds. So exciting! However, at first it was a little stressful to figure out the color scheme we want. 3. We close on our first home today! Everything has truly fallen into place. God's hand has been on everything since the first day we looked at the house. I love watching him work and see how he is going to orchestrate everything. 4. This weekend we are going to Kyle's parents house to celebrate Christmas with them and then we will leave on the 24th to see my parents. 5. The 27th will be move in day...hopefully everything will be finished before New Year's so we can actually rest one day before going back to work. 6. I sit back everyday and realize just how much I need God and need to continue to rely on him for everything...church, work, relationships, everything. He provides in more ways than I can imagine.
